We had a sensational time on the tour. It exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide Danny from Cheeky Kiwi tours was a great host. He kept the group interested with fun facts about New Zealand and trivia on the way back. The cruise itself was an amazing experience.

The views were incredible. There is no way to fully understand the majestic peaks and landscape but from the air! So much is unreachable. Andrew our pilot was fabulous. We felt very safe and surprisingly the helicopter was so calm whilst flying. We did have the most glorious day! The landing on the glacier cliff face was beyond wild! It looked impossible but was actually flat where we landed. That was amazing!!!! Lifetime memory stored away now

Excellent pick-up near our hotel. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The flight so close to the mountains is very impressive and quite frightening. The boat trip up the fjord was very good, but it wasn't the one I had chosen (I got a large boat from another company when I had booked a small boat from Mitre Peak). The experience was still fantastic, though.

Very comfortable trip with head out - seamless booking, good coordination, fast response and comfort of pickup from hotel. Excellent place to visit with an opportunity to see different experience - mountain ranges covered with snow and views from cruise is just amazing.

What an epic day tour! It's a big day filled with so many highlights! Our guide, Andy, was really informative, helpful and entertaining! We saw so much on our trip over from Queenstown to Milford Sound, so much more than I was expecting and so much more than I would have seen self driving this route! The cruise at Milford was excellent. Our packed lunch was huge, absolute quality sandwiches, salad, fruit, sweet treats and juice. Andy also had bottled water and snacks on the bus. We were definitely well fed. My highlights would be the changing landscape all day and our guide. Andy added do much value to this tour!! We had a great group of 14 on this trip! Everyone was friendly and we had people from all across the globe.

Our day road trip tour to Milford Sounds was thoroughly enjoyable. Our tour operator Mr Joseph (fondly called Mr Joe) shared clear details about the whole journey, made all necessary stops at various key spots, providing us and all other tour members ample time for taking photographs, adequate breaks to keep everyone fresh and comfortable. His positive energy was infectious on everyone, he was caring and professional ensuring all folks get their proper meal with all possible dietary requirements, he arranged the boat tour tickets was everyone to avoid any hassles. Overall it was a great tour & experience.

Pilot Luke was amazing. My wife had fear of heights and with his careful navigation, she was confident throughout the trip. Amazing. Thank you Southern Glacier
